Upgrading your Ventura to Software Version V2.0.13a
WARNING: You must have the latest Ventura HUD EPROM(s) (labeled VHUD 2.1 10-3-99) for this software to operate. These are available direct from Celco Limited.
Follow the instructions on-screen to download the Ventura V2.0.13a software file to a PC running Microsoft Windows 3.1, 3.11 or Microsoft Windows 95 or 98.
First, the message "B2" will appear followed by
"B3" alternating with "B4" in the bottom left hand
corner.
| Next, the HUD (monitor) will show "Reading Boot File" with a
figure indicating progress from 0% to 100%. | |
| If you have just upgraded from any version 2 (for example V2.0.1 or V2.0.7a V2.anything), your console is now ready to use: do not follow step 11-14. | |
| If you have just upgraded from any version 1 (for example V1.5a or V1.anything), your HUD EPROM needs to be changed: follow steps 11-14. |

Upgrading your Ventura to Software Version V3.1
!! IMPORTANT !!
Old show data may not be used on this new version (also NOT data from
previous 3.1-Bx beta versions). Some data will not be loaded from older versions due to some major changes in the lamp structure.- The lamp library is enlarged and updated
- The focus channel has moved to the position palette (seperaste focus for
every single lamp on every position)
WARNING: You must have the latest Ventura HUD EPROM(s) (labeled VHUD 2.1 10-3-99) for this software to operate – these should have been installed as part of the V2.0.1 upgrade. If you have not installed the Ventura HUD EPROM(s) they can be obtained direct from Celco Limited.
Follow the instructions on-screen to download the Ventura V3.1 software file to a PC running Microsoft Windows 3.1, 3.11 or Microsoft Windows 95 or 98.

Updating the HUD EPROM(s) (Should not be necessary if updating from
V2.0.1 or higher)
New HUD EPROM(s) marked "VHUD 2.1 10-3-99" should have been
installed when upgrading the Ventura software to V2.0.1. If for some reason
this was not performed new EPROM(s) must be obtained direct from Celco
Limited.
Before installing the EPROM(s) follow steps (1) to (10) above.
